"Cassini and the Exploration of Icy Worlds" at the Northeast Planetary Data Center gallery on the 2nd floor of Lincoln Field Building on the Brown campus. NASA's Cassini spacecraft has been exploring Saturn and its icy moons and rings for over 10 years. This exhibit presents new and often surprising results of this extended mission. A one-quarter scale model of the Cassini spacecraft is also on display.
"Icy Worlds & the Discoveries of DAWN and New Horizons" at the Museum of Natural History and Cormack Planetarium in Roger Williams Park, Providence RI. This exhibit examines the icy moons and other bodies of the outer solar system, in anticipation of the arrival of DAWN at the dwarf planet Ceres, and New Horizons' arrival at Pluto.
