Class and Meeting Rooms:
MacMillan 117 (Starr Auditorium) seats 300 people in a tiered lecture hall, and includes overhead, slide and computer projectors, screens and a writing boards. MM 117 is primarly used for Geological Science, Chemsitry and Environmental Studies lectures, seminars, site visits, and meetings. The University schedules events in this room: x3-1702.

MacMillan 101 seats 18-22 people and utilizes a lab-table set-up. It includes overhead, slide and computers projectors, screens and a writing boards. MM 101 is scheduled through the Geology Main Office: x3-3339.

GeoChem 150 seats 10-12 people in a conference style. It includes an overhead and writing boards. GC 150 is scheduled through the Geology Main Office: x3-3339.
GeoChem 039 seats 25 people in a class-room style. It includes an overhead and writing boards. GC 039 is scheduled through the Geology Main Office: x3-3339.
GeoChem 029 can be set-up as a conference room (seating 20 people), or a more intimate group meeting space (seating 10-12). It includes an overhead, writing boards and a kitchenette. GC 029 is scheduled through the Geology Main Office: x3-3339.
Lincoln Field 105 seats 10 at a conference table, with an additional 12 seats available around the room. It is ideal for small functions. It includes an overhead and a writing board. LF 105 is reserved through a Lincoln Field staff member: 3-2526.
Lincoln Field 209 seats 40 and utilizes a class-room set-up. It includes an overhead and a writing boards. LF 105 is reserved through a Lincoln Field staff member:: 3-2417.
Scheduling Guidelines:
Room scheduling prioirty is given to Geological Sciences courses, labs and meetings. The schedule is subject to change without notice. If you are holding an after-hours meeting, special arrangements will need to be made for building access; some restrictions may apply. Please leave any room you utilize clean and straight.

Analytical & Experimental: Solid-source and gas isotope ratio mass spectrometers; gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer; accelerated solvent extractors; rotary shear and axial deformation apparatus; electron microprobe; high temperature-high pressure experimental apparatus; CHNS analyzer, particle counter; ground-penetrating radar; X-ray fluorescence analysis facility; ion microprobe (owned/operated by consortium of universities); visible to mid-ir spectroscopy (multiuser facility supported by NASA); seismic, magnetic gradiometric, and DC resistivity instrumentation; field and laboratory equipment for soil sampling and characterization; Jobin ICP-ES.
Data: NASA Planetary Data Center, including Magellan, Galileo, and Clementine data; relab spectroscopy data of earth and planetary materials; global Brown foraminiferal database (a collection of 1,500 core top foraminiferal microfossil analyses); North American pollen database.
Computer: Image-processing laboratories, multipurpose network of UNIX workstations and minicomputers linked to local servers, central computing facility, national networks, and supercomputing facilities.
