Modified existing earthquake code so it can be run with or without the Multipole Library
Implemented an analytical acceptability criteria appropriate to our 1/r3 problem to decide if should go to next Multipole level
Run single processor jobs with 715, 5395 and 14755 elements on IBM SP at Brown University to compare speeds:
- With and without Multipole
- As increase number of elements for both
