Some unpolished work of mine - may provide some insights, though I would not by any means vouch for their truth
- Some random "Does global warming increase the variance in temperature in North America, and is this response dependent on season?" stuff I looked at a few months ago. My hope is that there might be someone who might find this interesting enough.

Simulation of Tidally Locked Planet I did for Atms 380 time ago - wording is not totally clear, so I should revise it sometime. Basically, "asynchlowf" corresponds to aquaplanet, and "oval_land" corresponds to a planet with land in the middle longitudes of the world. Enderton and Marshall's "Explorations of Atmosphere–Ocean–Ice Climates on an Aquaplanet and Their Meridional Energy Transports" (2009) also discuss interesting results from "crazy" land-sea distributions - including how these distributions affect El Nino cycles
