Save the .zip file to a location of your choice. After unzipping the file, there will be a folder named "SynthSplit", and it will contain all the necessary files and folders. In Matlab you can type "SynthSplit" from the command line if you are in that directory, otherwise you will have to navigate to the SynthSplit directory first.
